FlightCalc software for the PocketPC offers all the functions needed to plan and fly any flight, such as flight timers, flight planning, weight & balance, conversions and E6B calculations. You can start with flight planning (calculating the distance and track to your destination); then by entering the forecast winds determine magnetic heading and time enroute. Next do a weight and balance and graphically see if the flight is within limits.
While enroute you can use FlightCalc to calculate any flight parameters you need (altitudes, speeds, winds, holding patterns, etc.), or look up your destination airport and see the runway layout. It also offers flight timers so you can easily determine airtime and flight time.

Weight and Balance
Complete weight & balance calculations with detailed loading table and graph. Supports imperial (pounds and inches) and metric (kilograms and centimeters) values, as well as variable fuel center of gravity and %MAC calculations for more complex aircraft.

Aircraft information and flight information can be transferred to Skymark's desktop Weight and Balance application.

Rotary version offers lateral calculations.

Timers
FlightCalc offers flight timers to record startup, takeoff, landing and shutdown times. Flight time and air time are automatically calculated.

Flight time can easily be copied to Pocket Aloft for quick logbook entries.

Four general purpose timers, with audio notification, are also available for timing other items such as holds and fuel tank changes.

Time Zones
Display the current time for locations around the world.

Flight Planning
FlightCalc simplifies flight planning by quickly calculating distances and headings between waypoints. The world-wide airport database included with FlightCalc also includes all nav aids such as VOR's and NDB's. Simply enter the idents of the departure airport, the enroute nav aids and the destination airport and FlightCalc will calculate the total distance, time and fuel for the flight.
By entering the forecast (or actual) winds, the magnetic heading will be determined.
